Skywarn Spotter Trainings Announced

The National Weather Service has released an updated training calendar for their upcoming spotter classes. Most of these classes will cover both the basic and advanced level content. All are free to attend and all ham radio operators are invited in preparation for the upcoming storm spotting season. Currently 2 of these courses are set for the Front Range Community College in Westminster.

ARRL International Phone DX Contest

Mark your calendars for March 6-7, 2010 for the ARRL International DX Phone Contest. The objective is to contact as many amateurs operators in as many countries as possible using any of the following bands: 160,80,40,20,15 and 10 meters. This is one of the biggest contests of the year and the bands will likely be packed!

The new email system supports up to 2GB of email per user and currently has virus and spam filtering enabled. We also have the ability to black list problem addresses for all NJARL accounts should the need ever arise.
